Terms of donation
We will use your donation at our discretion but within our stated charitable objectives.
All payments will be effected in Serbian currency – dinar (RSD). The amount your credit card account will be charged for is obtained through the conversion of the price in Euro into Serbian dinar according to the current exchange rate of the Serbian National Bank. When charging your credit card, the same amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations. As a result of this conversion there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price stated in our web site.
On behalf of "Click for Serbia" we commit to protecting the privacy of all of our donators. We collect only necessary, basic information about our donators and information necessary for informing the donator in accordance to standard practices. We provide our donators with choices, including the option do decide do they want or do not want to be erased from the mailing lists which we use to inform our donators about our projects. All donator data is tightly secured and is only available to the employees to whom those data is necessary for accomplishing daily tasks. All employees of "Click for Serbia" (as well as business partners) are responsible for upholding the principles of privacy protection.
When entering payment card data, confidential information are transferred trough the public network in a protected(encrypted) form using the SSL protocol and PKI system, as the currently most modern cryptographic technology.
The security of data during the donation is guaranteed by the payment card processor, Banca Intesa ad Beograd, so the complete process of payment is done on their pages. There is no moment where the payment card data is available to our system.

In case that the donator wishes to retract his donation he payed trough a payment card, in part or in whole, and no matter the cause "Click for Serbia" is obligated to return that donation exclusively trough VISA, EC/MC and Maestro payment methods, which means that the bank will upon our request return the funds to the account of the card user.
The process for returning a donation is 1)You contact us by email: info@clickforserbia.org, by phone +381114558887 or by post at Kralja Milana 34, 11000 Belgrade, Serbia. 2) After we approve your request we will refund your donation back to your card. 3) We do not refund donations after more than 30 days have passed.
Donating on our webpage is done trough one of the following ways: payment Cards - VISA, Maestro or MasterCard that support online payments. Donating trough cards is accomplished in cooperation with AllSecure doo and Banca Intesa AD, Beograd and its done in a save and certified way trough the Allsecure Payment Gateway, simply by entering the payment card data.
After the card data is entered and payment is confirmed, the bank authorizes the transaction and with that the donation is approved.
Check with the bank that issued the payment card if your card supports internet payment.

Numbers of the donator's payment cards are not saved on our website, and the entry is secured with SSL data encryption.

Since 2005 till today, with no interruptions, the system is PCI-DSS level 1 certified which represents the highest standard in the industry. PCI Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) is the norm which defines the necessary safety measures in during the processing, storage and transfer of sensitive card data. PCI Standards are used to protect sensitive card user data during the whole process of payment: from the moment of entering the data on the website, during the communication between the website and relevant banks and card organizations, as well as the later storage of that data.
