A Brief History of Belgrade

A Book in Three Languages

In collaboration with Slavenko Terzić, PhD, we present you a book about the history of the capital of Serbia. The book is available in Serbian, Russian and English languages.

Learning about one's own culture and the exchange of cultures with others positively affects cognitive development in children. Click for Serbia has been producing educational videos about Serbian history and heritage.

  • Viminacium series

    Together with Miomir Korać, PhD, a researcher at the Archaeological Park of Viminacium, we have created an educational movie titled Viminacium - narrates the history of the Roman City and legionary fort, highlighting its significance within the Roman province of Upper Moesia, which spanned present-day Serbia, Northern Macedonia, and Bulgaria.

  • Vinča series (Part 1)

    Together with Dragan Janković, PhD, a curator at the Archaeological city, we have created an educational movie titled –  Vinča –  The first European metropolis of the Neolithic.

  • Vinča series (Part 2)

    In the continuation of the series dedicated to the site of Vinča, the film Vinča - Part Two: Construction in the Neolithic focuses on the development of urban planning, construction techniques and the daily life of the inhabitants of one of the earliest proto-cities in Europe.

  • Greek-Serbian medallion series

    We explore the fascinating story of Rigas Feraios – a revolutionary, poet, and visionary whose fight for the freedom of the Balkans left an indelible mark on history. Through this video, we uncover his connection with Serbia and the influence he had on future generations of freedom fighters.

  • Serbian-Russian Medallions series

    Video stories narrated by Slavenko Terzić, PhD

    These stories explore the relations between two brotherly nations. In this series of 10 videos, Slavenko Terzić, PhD, narrates tales about the most significant figures for both nations.

  • St. Sava series

    Mr Luka Mičeta, a journalist and historian, served as a guest narrator in our story filmed at St. Sava Temple, discussing the significance of Rastko Nemanjić, known as Saint Sava, who is considered one of the most important figures in Serbian history.

  • Gallery Babka

    We are collaborating closely with the gallery of Slovak naive painting – Gallery Babka in Kovačica. We assisted in publishing a monograph on Slovak naive painters titled „Big and Small Winters in Serbia”.
